Mr Bay Street was founded by Mr. Paul Cullingham in the year 2000. The company was designed by investment and internet professionals as an information portal creating a public forum to connect investors to companies and keep accredited investors up to date on the IPO market in Canada and abroad.

Using independent unbiased information, Mr Bay Street offers a variety of services such as exposure on the Mr Bay Street website in the Featured Companies section, dissemination of company news by way of press releases, research reports and commentary sent out on a regular basis to brokers, investment dealers, investors and all Mr Bay Street subscribers.

Mr Bay Street also offers an array of investor relations services which can be tailored to fit a company’s needs and budget. The company’s team is in constant connection with CEOs, analysts, investment bankers and managers to keep investors up to date on the stories that matter today (who’s buying, who’s selling and why). Management Team


Paul Cullingham, Director, President and CEO


Paul Cullingham has been involved in the investment industry since 1986, specializing in the Resource and Financial sectors. He has worked for both large and medium-size Canadian companies, as well as for a large Wall Street firm.


Recently, Mr. Cullingham was President and CEO of Celtic Minerals Ltd., a Canadian mining company trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX). He founded and is President and CEO of Ubique Minerals Limited, a private Canadian mining company with properties in Newfoundland. He is also a business development consultant for the Canadian National Stock Exchange.


Ryan Hunter, Director and Secretary

Ryan Hunter is a member of the Business Law Group at Chitiz Pathak LLP. His practice deals with corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on all aspects of a public and private company’s creation, growth, restructuring and value maximization. Ryan has extensive experience in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of a broad range of corporate finance, securities and M&A transactions, including public offerings, private placements, debt financings, CPCs and qualifying transactions, recapitalizations, takeover bids, reverse takeovers, asset and share transactions, plans of arrangement, stock exchange listings and other forms of business combinations and corporate activity. In addition, he regularly advises clients in respect of ongoing corporate governance, continuous disclosure, corporate law and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Chitiz Pathak LLP, Ryan worked as an associate in both the Calgary and Toronto offices of a national law firm. Ryan received his BA (Hons.) from the University of Guelph in 1996, his LLB from Queen’s University in 2000 and has subsequently completed the Canadian Securities Course. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2002 and the Ontario Bar in 2004.


Larry Quinlan, Director


Larry Quinlan has fifteen years prospecting and geological experience in gold, base metals, uranium, nickel and rare earth elements. Mr. Quinlan has worked for a number of companies, including Rubicon Minerals Corporation, Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. and Cornerstone Resources Inc. He has discovered numerous major mineral occurrences which have been the subject of extensive exploration programs including the Mosquito Hill deposit located in central Newfoundland, Canada. The Mosquito Hill deposit contains thus far, a resource of more than 750,000 ounces of gold in the indicated and inferred categories. The Mosquito Hill deposit is currently under a joint venture between Paragon Minerals Inc. and Golden Dory Resources.


Robert Cook, Senior Advisor


Mr. Cook is Senior Vice-President of the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX). He has held leadership positions in that organization since 2002 and was instrumental in achieving stock exchange recognition from the OSC and launching the marketplace in 2003. Since launch the exchange has grown from an initial three listed securities and seven investment dealers to almost 200 securities and over 80 dealers. Prior to joining CNSX, Rob Cook held the position of Vice President, Market Surveillance, Market Regulation Services Inc., now part of IIROC, which was created in 2001 to regulate trading in Canadian equity markets. Mr. Cook had a 19-year career at the Toronto Stock Exchange where he held a number of positions in listed company regulation including Director, Original Listings, followed by six years as Director, Market Surveillance.


Prior to joining the TSE, Mr. Cook worked in the mining industry for three years as a mineral economist for both Rio Algom Limited and the consulting firm of Derry, Michener and Booth. As a member of the Mining Standards Task Force formed by the OSC and the TSE, which issued its final report in January 1999, he played an instrumental role in developing a new regulatory model for Canadian publicly traded companies engaged in mining exploration, development and production.
